Welcome To 2014!

2014 has started with new partnerships and an expansion of what Marin Economic Forum is doing to increase the visibility and networking for businesses in Marin County.

The Marin Economic Forum is proud to join forces with the Marin Business Forum (MBF). The Marin Business Forum (MBF) is a community where like-minded business owners can share valuable information to improve business practices and productivity by leveraging the power of collaboration. This organization is focused on southern Marin, but open to all of Marin County.

MBF was created by local business owners and professionals, who realized the need for a community platform to collaborate, share information and ideas to help each other efficiently grow their businesses. This partnership provides Marin Economic Forum with a way to grow small business networking to help foster business relationships, job growth, and spread the word about issues and activities that affect Marin County businesses, large and small.

MEF to develop CEDS Report for Marin County

Marin Economic Forum (MEF) is asking for professionals involved in education, workforce development, infrastructure (commercial real estate, water, energy, communications), to contact us about Marin County and the state of these three components of our local economy. MEF is beginning to develop community forums and content for a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for Marin County.

Please let us know if you would like to participate by emailing Alana Capozzi or calling (415) 483-9332. Example CEDS reports can be found for Sonoma and Mendocino counties at the following websites:
